I. Background | |
HLA-G基因是一個(gè)功能性的非經(jīng)典I類(lèi)HLA分子,具有經(jīng)典樣HLA抗原結構,位于染色體6p21.3的MHC區,然而與經(jīng)典HLA-I類(lèi)分子相比,HLA-G具有更少的多態(tài)性和更有限的組織分布。β2-微球蛋白(B2M)是細胞膜上組織相容性復合體(MHC,一組編碼人類(lèi)白細胞表面抗原HLA基因群的通稱(chēng))輕鏈結構的組成部分,在正常細胞新陳代謝過(guò)程中與MHC分離后釋放入血。β2-微球蛋白(B2M)分布于幾乎所有有核細胞(尤其在淋巴細胞和單核細胞存在豐富)和生物體液,包括血清、尿液和(關(guān)節)滑液。 | |
