| I. Background | |
| CEACAM 家族由膜結合糖蛋白和分泌性糖蛋白組成。膜結合糖蛋白通過(guò)糖磷脂酰肌醇 （GPI）或跨膜結構域錨定在細胞表面。具有 GPI 錨定的成員主要包括 CEACAM5、 CEACAM6、CEACAM7 和 CEACAM8。CEACAM 5 廣泛表達于內皮細胞、上皮細胞、免 疫細胞等多種細胞類(lèi)型表面。CEACAM 5 在正常組織內主要作為細胞粘附分子，介導同質(zhì) 和異質(zhì)性黏附。CEACAM5 編碼的蛋白質(zhì)可以調節細胞分化、凋亡和細胞極性，從而促進(jìn) 腫瘤的發(fā)展。因此，它也被用作胃腸道癌癥的臨床生物標志物。在癌細胞中，CEACAM5 主要在上皮腫瘤細胞表面高表達，包括結直腸癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、膽囊癌、肺腺癌、小細 胞肺癌、乳腺癌、膀胱癌、卵巢癌等。 | |
