Mer 受體酪氨酸激酶（Mer receptertyroshin kinase，Mertk）是受體酪氨酸激酶家族 TAM 成員之一，作為一種單跨膜受體可以通過(guò)結合多種配體將信號從細胞外基質(zhì)轉導至細 胞質(zhì)，調節眾多生理過(guò)程，特別是免疫和炎癥反應、細胞凋亡和吞噬作用。Mertk 在多種 組織中表達，包括巨噬細胞和視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮細胞。其作用機制涉及與磷脂酰絲氨酸（PS） 暴露的凋亡細胞結合，介導巨噬細胞的吞噬作用，促進(jìn)細胞凋亡的清除，同時(shí)參與調節炎 癥反應和免疫應答。Mertk 能促進(jìn)胃癌細胞生長(cháng)、抑制細胞凋亡，在非小細胞肺癌、結直 腸癌和胃癌等腫瘤中高表達。 |
