CD74-ROS1 融合基因是肺癌中一種重要的致癌驅(qū)動(dòng)基因,由 ROS1 基因與 CD74 基因 通過染色體易位形成。這種融合在非小細(xì)胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者中約占 1%-2%,尤其常見 于年輕、不吸煙的腺癌患者。CD74-ROS1 融合導(dǎo)致 ROS1 酪氨酸激酶持續(xù)激活,促進(jìn)細(xì)胞 增殖和存活。 |

| II. Description | |
|
BaF3(小鼠原 B 細(xì)胞)的生長(zhǎng)和增殖需要 IL-3 的維持。通過引入各種表達(dá)激酶的基因, 能作為 BaF3 的驅(qū)動(dòng)基因,讓 BaF3 不再依賴 IL-3 而增殖,進(jìn)而激酶基因成為 BaF3 增殖依 賴的驅(qū)動(dòng)基因,用于評(píng)估小分子藥物對(duì)激酶的靶向抑制作用,原理及流程見下圖所示。
