| I. Background | |
| JAK/STAT 信號通路是細胞功能的中心通訊節點(diǎn)之一，已涉及 50 多種細胞因子和生長(cháng) 因子，如激素、干擾素（IFN）、白細胞介素（IL）和集落刺激因子等，調節造血、免疫 適應性、組織修復、炎癥、細胞凋亡和脂肪生成等相關(guān)疾病的發(fā)生。 STAT6 是濾泡性淋巴瘤、原發(fā)性縱隔大 B 細胞淋巴瘤（PMBCL）和經(jīng)典霍奇金淋巴瘤 （cHL）中經(jīng)常高激活的轉錄因子。典型的 STAT6 信號通路始于 IL-4 或 IL-13 與其受體的 結合，允許受體自磷酸化。這種磷酸化為 STAT6 的 SH2 結構域創(chuàng )造了對接位點(diǎn)，并招募了 使 STAT6 Tyr641 位點(diǎn)磷酸化的 JAK 蛋白。磷酸化后，STAT6 同二聚體并易位到細胞核， 與 DNA 結合并作為轉錄激活因子或抑制因子。激活后，STAT6 在正常和病理條件下的免 疫細胞功能中起核心作用。 |

| II. Description | |
