| Comments: | This line produces a vector that can infect mouse cells. Psi2 DAP cells produce a vector that encodes the human placental alkaline phosphatase gene and the neomycin resistance gene. Cells infected with the vector produced by Psi2 DAP cells express histochemically detectable alkaline phosphatase which can be used as a marker to follow their fate in vivo.
